Imagine government programs that are wildly profitable instead of losing money. This is the potential of public VC funds.

Trillions of dollars are invested by countries like Norway, China, and Saudi Arabia using sovereign wealth funds.

America's federal government and its cities and states should start more public VC funds to invest in their best local companies.
